从近几年来大型体操比赛中国内外优秀运动员完成大摆振浪越杠动作的技术情况,及我国优秀选手此类动作的失败原因,指出此类动作的基础在于振浪技术正确与否及稳定性,经计算分析得出腾跃类动作的振浪应当在躯干摆向9:30~10 点部位时快速振臂,振臂方向指向11~11∶30 部位,身体总重心抛射角在80°~85°。在越杠空翻类动作的振臂应在躯干指向10∶30~10∶00 点部位时快速振臂,振臂方向指向10 点部位较为合适,空翻转动角速度在1444~1295 rad/s之间,而直体腾越时身体翻转的角速度在 481~432 rad/s,振浪后重心腾起速度在382~411m /s,振臂速度在235~252 m /s 之间为宜;最后提出增加振浪技术稳定性的训练意见
