探讨了电力工业结构性体制改革背景下电网企业投资效益评价指标体系的建立。该指标体系是以投资收益比为目标层,总投资、主网建设投资、配网建设投资和维修技改投资为子目标层,对各指标进行了论述。结合电网企业的特点,合理选择适宜的评价方法,构建了电网企业投资效益评价模型,形成了一套完整的评价方法。通过实证研究验证了该模型的正确性。
This paper discusses the establishment of evaluation index system of investment returns for power grid enterprises under the structural reform of power industry. The index system is based on the investment return ratio as the target level, total investment, main network construction investment, distribution network construction investment and maintenance of technical innovation investment as the sub-target level, and discusses each index. Combined with the characteristics of power grid enterprises, the reasonable choice of appropriate evaluation methods to build a power grid investment evaluation model, formed a complete set of evaluation methods. The correctness of this model is verified by empirical research.
