KTP/532激光(钾钛磷酸盐激光)是一种新型激光仪。特点为波长532nm固体型激光器产生可见光呈艳绿色,对组织的外侧热损害为0.3~2mm以上,光传送系统用带有接触和不接触的可曲性光导纤维引入鼻内窥镜,可通过内窥镜接近其它激光难到达的区域如鼻窦、鼻侧壁等。KTP/532激光描准光束和内窥镜光束同路,故去除病变准确率高。通常CO_2激光对水和组织吸收较高,组织能量扩散很小,临床主要用于切割和气化。Nd-YAG激光则组织吸收少而能量扩散大,主要用于凝固。KTP/532激光居中,它可通过改变功率、照射时间和光斑大小作切割、气化及凝固。
