本文以a-氧合羧酸和取代烯烃为原料,在浓硫酸或Lewis酸存在下,通过SN1亲核取代反应,合成了3个a-羟基丁内酯的衍生物(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ).药理活性试验表明:化合物Ⅲ是很有前途的食物摄入控制剂。
In this paper, three α-hydroxybutyrolactone derivatives (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ) were synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of SN1 in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid or Lewis acid using a-oxycarboxylic acids and substituted olefins as raw materials. . Pharmacological activity tests showed that: Compound Ⅲ is a promising food intake control agent.
