AG2是一种新型的热压Al_2O_3复合陶瓷刀具材料,其性能为:抗弯强度80kg/mm~2、硬度HRA93.5~95,导热系数0.042Cal/cm·s·°c,晶粒平均尺寸≤1.5μm。AG2具有良好的切削性能,不仅在精车高硬度淬火钢材(如HRC=67的超硬高速钢V3N)时,有着硬质合金刀片无可比拟的优越性,而且在精车超高强度调质钢35CrMnSiA(HRC=44~49)时,也显示了硬质合金刀片无法达到的耐磨性。
