将除净骨髓细胞的骨皮质移植到同系小鼠皮下后4周,移植物髓腔内充满髓系造血组织。说明骨皮质内含有造血重建的主要诱导因素,即在异位移植造血重建过程中,骨皮质环境因素占有主导作用。骨皮质内的成骨细胞或骨母细胞不仅是骨的发生、成长及修复的主要成分,而且在特殊条件下,很可能还有支持造血恢复作用。这种作用大概是通过其自身增殖、分化形成特有的造血基质细胞或是分泌某种因子诱导宿主的造血干细胞和基质细胞定居而重建造血。
Four weeks after the cortical bone marrow cells were transplanted into the hypodermis of the syngeneic mice, the myeloid cavity of the graft was filled with myeloid hematopoietic tissue. It shows that the cortical bone contains the main inducing factors of hematopoietic reconstitution, that is, the cortical environmental factors play a leading role in the process of hematopoietic reconstruction of xenotransplantation. Osteoblasts or osteocytes in cortical bone are not only the main components of bone formation, growth and repair, but also may support hematopoietic recovery under special conditions. This effect is probably through its own proliferation, differentiation, the formation of specific hematopoietic stromal cells or secrete a factor that induces the host of hematopoietic stem cells and stromal cells to settle and rebuild the blood.
