目的对低血糖指数膳食、阿卡波糖对初诊2型糖尿病的老年患者餐后血糖及其他代谢指标的影响进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取在2011年1月—2012年7月间郑大一附院收治的初诊2型糖尿病老年患者病例50例,将其分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取低血糖指数高膳食纤维食物膳食,观察组在高血糖指数低膳食纤维膳食基础上给予患者阿卡波糖口服进行治疗,而后对比分析治疗效果。结果两组患者与治疗前相比较,餐前和餐后血糖、血脂水平均较治疗前发生明显降低(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇则未发生明显变化(P>0.05)。对照组与观察组以上各项观察指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低血糖指数高膳食纤维膳食疗法和阿卡波糖对初诊2型糖尿病的老年患者能够达到理想的临床疗效,值得关注。
Objective To investigate the effects of low glycemic index diet and acarbose on postprandial blood glucose and other metabolic parameters in elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fifty cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected randomly from January 2011 to July 2012 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian University of TCM. They were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given low-glycemic index high-dietary fiber diet Diet, the observation group was given oral acarbose oral treatment on the basis of high glycemic index dietary fiber diet, and then comparative analysis of the treatment effect. Results Compared with those before treatment, the blood glucose and blood lipid levels before and after meal in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), while the HDL cholesterol did not change significantly (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the observation group and the observation group (P> 0.05). Conclusion It is noteworthy that low-glycemic index high-dietary fiber dietary therapy and acarbose can achieve the desired clinical effect in elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.
