目的分析载脂蛋白B基因3’VNTP即可变数目串联重复序列的形态多样性和状态(选择)多样性等多态性,研究其多态性和冠心病直接的紧密关系,为临床提供临床借鉴意义。方法选取我院2009年1月至2011年6月收治的冠心病组患者80例,另随机抽取健康组100例,通过生物学的聚合酶链式反应(PCR)等对选取的80例冠心病患者和100例健康者的载脂蛋白B基因3’VNTP的多态性进行检测和研究,以得出它与冠心病的关系。并收集其临床资料,对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果通过对180例对象的检测,总共分离出了17个载脂蛋白B基因3’VNTP等位基因,两组对象的等位基因在分布频率方面体现了呈现双峰型的特点,而且在冠心病一组中,主要是HVE32、HVE34、HVE38。两组对象在性别方面没有突出差异表现。结论载脂蛋白B基因3’VNTP的多态性和冠心病患者的易感性(susceptibility)有关,和患者的性别没有关联。
Objective To analyze the polymorphism and polymorphism of 3’VNTP of apolipoprotein B gene in variable number tandem repeats and study the direct relationship between polymorphism and coronary heart disease so as to provide a clinical Reference meaning. Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011 were enrolled in this study. 100 healthy subjects were randomly selected. Eighty patients with CHD were selected by means of biological polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Patients and 100 healthy subjects of apolipoprotein B gene 3’VNTP polymorphisms were detected and studied to draw its relationship with coronary heart disease. And collect their clinical data, the results of a retrospective analysis. Results A total of 17 alleles of 3’VNTP of apolipoprotein B gene were isolated from 180 subjects. The alleles of the two groups showed bimodal characteristics in distribution frequency. A group of heart disease, mainly HVE32, HVE34, HVE38. There was no outstanding difference in gender between the two groups of subjects. Conclusion The 3’VNTP polymorphism of apolipoprotein B gene is associated with the susceptibility of patients with coronary heart disease and is not related to the gender of the patient.
