对权力的监督与制约是政治学中的传统命题,也是当下中国政治中的核心议题之一。关于权力监督的路径、方式已有丰富的学理讨论和实践,但是,不可否认的是,腐败问题仍是现实政治生活中的一个痼疾。随时互联网时代的到来,尤其是技术革命带来的新冲击,大数据技术的出现为我们重新思考权力的监督提供了新的思路和尝试。
Supervision and restriction of power is a traditional proposition in politics and one of the core issues in contemporary Chinese politics. There are abundant theoretical discussions and practices on the ways and means of power supervision. However, it is undeniable that the issue of corruption is still a chronic illness in the real political life. The advent of the Internet era, especially the new impact brought by the technological revolution, the emergence of big data technology has provided us with new ideas and attempts to reconsider the supervision of power.
