慢性漏气是电子管工业中一个很麻烦的问题。本文提出利用测量管内升压率的方法来确定慢性漏气。文中首先综述单极管、二极管、多极管、显象管、超正析象管等管内真空的测量方法。详细介绍9英寸和12英寸显象管管内真空的测量和电离灵敏度的实验校准方法: 作者从真空技术和消气剂的基本概念出发,从理论上推导出电子管慢性漏气漏量的基本公式: L=P/P_(Ar)(M_(Ar)/M)~(1/2)1/K_(Ar)I_IV/t(I_(20)-I_(10))托升/秒根据这个公式,把电子管在氩气中贮存一天等于在空气中贮存103天的压强变化,若把氩气压强增大到1公斤/厘米~2,则一天可等于半年以上。根据同样原理,还可预估电子管因漏气所限制的寿命,对显象管来说,若在1公斤/厘米~2的氩气中贮存一天,当离子流低于10~(-9)A,则其寿命可达50年以上。最后介绍实验装置和实验结果。
Chronic leakage is a troublesome problem in the tube industry. This paper proposes to use the method of measuring the rate of pressure increase in the tube to determine the chronic gas leak.
