为了快速了解工作场所的铅烟浓度水平,建立铅烟危害快速评估方法。现场采集铅烟样本;分别利用便携式X射线荧光(XRF)光谱法和火焰原子吸收光谱法,通过相应仪器对样本进行检测;应用回归分析和预测区间方法研究结果间的关联性,分析检测结果。研究表明,便携式XRF光谱法测量滤膜铅样本的相对误差约为±20.0%;该方法的检测结果与火焰原子吸收光谱法表现出相关性,回归模型的决定系数为0.717。通过应用回归分析和区间预测,可以弥补该方法检测结果误差较大的缺陷。
In order to quickly understand the level of lead concentrations in the workplace, a rapid assessment of the hazards of lead is established. The samples were collected on the spot. The samples were detected by XRF and FAAS respectively. The correlation between the results was analyzed by regression analysis and prediction interval method, and the test results were analyzed. The results showed that the relative error of portable XRF spectrometry was about ± 20.0%. The detection results of this method were correlated with those of flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The determination coefficient of the regression model was 0.717. Through the application of regression analysis and interval forecasting, we can make up for the shortcomings of large errors in the test results.
