以罗汉松扦插条为实验材料,研究了水培条件下,不同质量浓度的生长调节剂吲哚丁酸(IBA)和萘乙酸(NAA)处理对其株质量、株高、生根数等形态指标及多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、过氧化物氧化酶(POD)活性、叶绿素质量分数、根系活力等生理指标的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,不同质量浓度的IBA和NAA处理均可促进罗汉松水培插条生长,其中质量浓度为60 mg/L IBA及100 mg/L NAA促进株质量、株高效果较好,60 mg/L IBA,60mg/L NAA处理促生根效果最佳;不同质量浓度的IBA,NAA处理中,60 mg/L IBA,100 mg/L NAA的PPO活性和60mg/L IBA,100mg/L NAA的POD活性最高;40mg/L IBA和40mg/L NAA处理组中叶绿素质量分数最高;根系活力与对照组相比差异无统计学意义.因此,不同质量浓度生长调节剂的处理能有效地促进罗汉松的生长并提高PPO,POD活性及叶绿素的质量分数.
With Podocarpus sinensis cuttings as experimental material, the morphological indexes of plant quality, plant height, number of roots and so on were studied under different culture conditions of indole butyric acid (IBA) and naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) (PPO) activity, POD activity, chlorophyll content and root activity were measured.The results showed that IBA and NAA with different concentrations could be compared with the control The growth of Podocarpus rhynchophylla was promoted by the medium of 60 mg / L IBA and 100 mg / L NAA, the effect of plant height was better, and the effect of NAA 60 mg / L and 60 mg / L NAA was the best ; In different concentrations of IBA and NAA, PPO activity of 60 mg / L IBA and 100 mg / L NAA and highest POD activity of 60 mg / L IBA and 100 mg / L NAA were the highest; 40 mg / L IBA and 40 mg / L NAA The chlorophyll content of the roots was the highest, and there was no significant difference between the root vitality and the control group, so the treatments with different concentrations of growth regulators could effectively promote the growth of Podocarpus and increase the activity of PPO and POD and the mass fraction of chlorophyll.
