教学反思,是教师对自己参与的教学活动的回顾、检验与认识,本质上是对教学的一种反省认知活动.课程理念下的教学反思对于教师自身发展和成长更具有积极的意义.试从教学反思的内涵、内容、途径等方面,说明教师在教学中反思什么、如何反思以及反思后如何优化自己的教学,期望能对他人提供帮助.
Reflective teaching is the teacher’s review, examination and cognition of his or her participation in teaching activities, which is essentially an introspection and cognitive activity on teaching. Teaching reflection under the concept of curriculum has more positive significance for teachers’ self-development and growth. From the aspects of connotation, content and way of teaching reflection, it shows how teachers can reflect on what they think in teaching, how to reflect and reflect on how to optimize their teaching, and hope to help others.
