研究介于两个不同均质材料之间的功能梯度界面层的平面裂纹问题.假设功能梯度材料剪切模量的倒数为坐标的线性函数,而Poisson比为常数.采用Fourier变换和传递矩阵法将该混合边值问题化为奇异积分方程组,通过数值求解获得了应力强度因子.考察了结构几何尺寸和材料梯度参数对裂纹应力强度因子的影响,发现材料梯度参数、功能梯度界面层尺寸、裂纹长度以及位置均对应力强度因子有显著影响.
The problem of plane crack in the functionally graded interfacial layer between two different homogeneous materials is investigated. The reciprocal of the shear modulus of the functionally graded material is assumed to be a linear function of the coordinates and the Poisson’s ratio is constant. Fourier transform and transfer matrix The mixed boundary value problem is transformed into singular integral equations, and the stress intensity factor is obtained through numerical solution. The influence of structural geometry and material gradient parameters on the stress intensity factor is investigated. The effects of material gradient parameters, functional graded interface layer size, Crack length and location have a significant impact on the stress intensity factor.
