本文观察了蜂花粉水提取物对无水乙醇与0.6mol/LHCI所致的小鼠胃粘膜还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平变化的影响作用。结果显示:无水乙醇与0.6mol/LHCl灌胃均可引起胃粘膜GSH水平下降而LPO水平升高,事先用蜂花粉水提取物灌胃对无水乙醇与0.6mol/LHCl所致的胃粘膜GSH水平下降和LPO水平升高均有显著的抑制作用。提示:胃粘膜GSH水平与LPO水平呈负相关,蜂花粉水提取物可提高胃粘膜GSH水平、降低LPO水平。
In this paper, the effects of bee pollen water extract on the changes of gastric mucosal reduced glutathione (GSH) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in mice induced by ethanol and 0.6 mol / LHCI were observed. The results showed that: ethanol and 0.6mol / LHCl can cause gastric mucosal GSH levels decreased while LPO levels increased in advance with bee pollen water extract intragastric administration of ethanol and 0.6mol / LHCl induced Gastric mucosal GSH levels decreased and LPO levels were significantly inhibited. Tip: gastric mucosal GSH levels and LPO levels were negatively correlated, bee pollen water extract can increase gastric mucosal GSH levels, reduce LPO levels.
