论文运用经济学原理,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,研究了公路建设对国民经济的拉动机理。确立了公路建设对国民经济的三层拉动理论:第一,公路建设投入对国民经济的直接拉动作用;第二,公路建成后对公路运输业发展的拉动作用;第三,公路交通对经济社会发展的拉动作用。论文通过建立投资乘数模型,计算公路建设投入对国民经济的直接拉动效果;从促进公路运力结构改善及运输服务质量改善等角度分析了公路建成后对公路运输业发展的拉动作用。从公路交通与产业带、公路交通与城市化以及公路交通与市场范围的扩张三个方面对公路交通对经济社会发展的拉动作用进行了研究。
The paper uses the principle of economics, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of a combination of methods to study the driving force of highway construction on the national economy. The theory of three-layer pulling of highway construction to the national economy was established. The first one is the direct pulling effect of highway construction investment on the national economy. Second, the driving effect on the development of highway transportation after the completion of the highway. Third, the impact of highway traffic on economy and society The driving role of development. By setting up an investment multiplier model, the dissertation calculates the effect of highway construction investment on the national economy. From the point of promoting the improvement of highway capacity structure and the improvement of transportation service quality, this paper analyzes the driving effect on the development of highway transportation industry after the completion of highway. From the road traffic and industrial belt, road traffic and urbanization, as well as the expansion of road traffic and market scope, the paper studies the driving effect of road traffic on economic and social development.
