对云南双江低品位硅藻土采用原土→捣浆→分散→-沉降分级的方法,可获含SiO282.24%的硅藻精土,Al2O3,Fe2O3含量分别为6.98%和1.04%;同时还获SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3分别为76.18%,10.10%,1.46%的硅藻中土;精土和中土产量分别为3.29%和14.56%.精土经酸浸精选,SiO2含量提高至84.36%,Al2O3,Fe2O3分别为7.53%和0.80%;中土经酸浸→焙烧,SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3含量分别为83.92%,11.32%,1.10%.2种产品SiO2均大于80%,可满足生产硅藻土助滤剂的要求.
The diatomite with SiO2 content of2.24% can be obtained by using the method of original soil → pulping → dispersion → sedimentation classification on the low grade diatomite in Shuangjiang of Yunnan Province. The contents of Al2O3 and Fe2O3 are respectively 6.98% and 1. 04%; also get SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 were 76.18%, 10.10%, 1.46% of diatom soil; fine soil and soil yield were 3.29% and 14.56% . The contents of SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 were 7.53% and 0.80% respectively. The contents of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 were 83% for medium earth after acid leaching and roasting. 92%, 11.32%, 1.10%. Two products are more than 80% SiO2, to meet the production of diatomaceous earth filter aid requirements.
