本文利用208位城市居民作为样本数据,采用Logistic模型分析了影响城市居民购买家居个人责任保险意愿的主要因素。研究结果表明,居民购买此类保险的意愿还不够强烈,意识和需求还没有形成,居民的购买意愿受家庭收入、家居责任事故发生情况、法律意识、家庭结构等因素的影响,而对于居民年龄、性别、个人受教育程度等个人因素与其他险种购买情况等因素不具有显著影响。 In this paper, using 208 urban residents as sample data, using Logistic model to analyze the main factors affecting urban residents’ willingness to buy home personal liability insurance. The results show that the residents’ willingness to purchase such insurance is not yet strong enough. Consciousness and demand have not yet been formed. The purchase intention of residents is affected by factors such as household income, accidents at home, legal awareness and family structure. However, , Gender, personal level of education and other personal factors and the purchase of other types of insurance and other factors does not have a significant impact.
