利用有限元分析软件对农用运输车驱动桥壳结构进行有限元分析,运用节点自由度耦合技术来模拟主减速器壳与半轴壳的连接。所得结果与实测值比较相吻合,为农用运输车驱动桥壳结构的设计提供参考。
The finite element analysis software was used to analyze the structure of agricultural truck driven axle housing, and the joint degree of freedom degree was used to simulate the connection of the main reducer shell and the semi-axle housing. The obtained results are in good agreement with the measured values, which provides a reference for the design of drive axle housing structure of agricultural vehicles.
