80年代国际资本的流动发生了巨大的变化,其最显著的特征是国际直接投资的增长速度超出了世界经济和国际贸易的增长速度。而国际投资的多元化又极大地推动了世界经济国际化的进程。不难看出,国际资本流向的变化直接反映了当今跨国公司的地位、作用和发展趋势,这也是本文所要探讨的主要内容。
The flow of international capital has undergone tremendous changes in the 1980s. The most striking feature is that the growth rate of international direct investment has exceeded the growth rate of the world economy and international trade. The diversification of international investment has greatly promoted the internationalization of the world economy. It is not difficult to see that the changes in international capital flows directly reflect the current multinational corporations’ status, role and development trend, which is also the main content to be explored in this article.
