甲醇对人体的中枢神经系统有麻醉作用,对视神经和视网膜也有特殊的选择作用,可致代谢性酸中毒,植物神经功能失调,黏膜刺激,视力减退等。因此,职业卫生中工厂空气中的甲醇监测具有非常重要的意义。目前空气中甲醇溶剂解吸测定法多采用填充柱气相色谱法进行测定,但是填充柱的应用范围远远小于毛细管柱,很多实验室不具备填充柱气相色谱的实验条件。本实验意在寻找一种毛细管气相色谱法测定空气中的甲醇的方法,克服毛细管气相色谱测定甲醇中出现的色谱峰形不稳定,定量不准的问题,建立一种重复性良好,
Methanol on the human body’s central nervous system anesthesia, the optic nerve and the retina also has a special choice, can cause metabolic acidosis, autonomic dysfunction, mucosal irritation, vision loss and so on. Therefore, the monitoring of methanol in the factory air in occupational health is of great significance. At present, the methanol solvent desorption in air is mostly determined by packed column gas chromatography. However, the application of packed column is far less than that of capillary column. Many laboratories do not have the experimental conditions of packed column gas chromatography.
