不管是从经济增长的角度,还是从民意的角度看,政府的税收都不应当长期保持高速增长的态势。相反,政府收入应当与民众收入保持一种平衡,也只有通过减税,才能使民众负担与政府收入之间恢复均衡。
No matter from the perspective of economic growth or public opinion, the government’s tax revenue should not maintain a rapid growth over the long term. On the contrary, the revenue of the government should be kept in balance with the income of the people. Only by tax reduction can the balance of public burden and government revenue be restored.
