Kidney is a key organ for the action of soluble uranium. The emergence of urinary catalase is one of the most sensitive indicators of renal damage caused by uranium. In this experiment, a rabbit that is most sensitive to the role of uranium is used as an index for urinary catalase to find the threshold dose of renal injury.
