The famous Beijing Forbidden City was recently sent to the Internet without permission by the bad guys, which caused a dispute about “what is it to send the Imperial Palace to the Internet?” The good guys are Intel and Hangzhou University. At the end of February this year, Intel announced the news of the Internet access to the Forbidden City. One week, British newspapers rated it as the hottest site of the week, and within three weeks, global readers browsed 1.5 million people in the Forbidden City on the Internet, showing “unusual” enthusiasm. Beijing Palace Museum expressed strong dissatisfaction with this, saying that the behavior of Intel and Hangzhou University has constituted infringement.
