[目的]探讨超声引导下vacora旋切系统在乳腺良性肿瘤病灶诊断、治疗中的应用价值。[方法]对134例经超声及针吸细胞学诊断为良性的乳腺肿块在超声引导下采用vacora旋切系统予以切除,所有切除的组织均行病理学检查。[结果]所有病灶均准确、完整地切除;所有切除的组织均经病理学确诊为良性病灶。各组间切割次数和耗时均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。所有患者术后均进行3个月的随访,2例术后1周内出现少量血肿,术后3个月复查血肿完全消失,余病例均无术后血肿及感染并发症出现。[结论]超声引导vacora旋切系统在乳腺良性病灶的诊断及治疗方面都具有较高的应用价值,诊断方面结合针吸细胞学检查能够准确判断肿块的病理性质,治疗上具有安全、微创、美观、术后并发症少、不需住院等诸多优点。
[Objective] To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided vacora revascularization in the diagnosis and treatment of breast benign tumor. [Method] 134 cases of benign breast masses diagnosed by ultrasound and aspiration cytology were excised by vacora rotary cutting system under the guidance of ultrasound. All resected tissues were examined by pathology. [Results] All the lesions were accurately and completely excised. All resected tissues were pathologically diagnosed as benign lesions. There was a significant difference in cutting times and time consuming among groups (P <0.05). All patients were followed up for 3 months postoperatively. A small amount of hematoma appeared in one case within 2 weeks and disappeared completely in 3 months after operation. No postoperative hematoma or infection complication occurred in the remaining cases. [Conclusion] Ultrasound-guided vacora revascularization system has high value in the diagnosis and treatment of benign breast lesions. Combined with needle aspiration cytology in diagnosis, it can accurately determine the pathological features of the tumor. The treatment is safe, minimally invasive, Beautiful, less postoperative complications, no hospitalization and many other advantages.
