稳压二极管是得到稳定电压的最简单器件,而要得到零温度系数的参考电压则需使用温度补偿二极管(如2DW230等),这种温度补偿二极管的最低齐纳电压约为6V,当需要低于6V的零温度系数稳定电压时,上述齐纳稳压管就不适用。为了适应6V以下零温度系数稳定电压的需要,设计师们设计了多种集成稳压二极管,LM113就是其中一种。 LM113的参考电压是以晶体三极管的发射结电压推理而来的。最简单的是其参考电压就是半导体材料的禁带宽度。由于硅材的禁带宽度是1.2V,故输出电压实际是由生产工艺所决定的。
A Zener diode is the simplest device to get a regulated voltage. To get a zero temperature coefficient reference voltage, a temperature compensation diode (such as 2DW230) is needed. The minimum Zener voltage of this temperature compensation diode is about 6V. At 6V zero temperature coefficient of stability of the voltage, the Zener Zener does not apply. In order to meet the zero temperature coefficient below 6V stable voltage needs, designers have designed a variety of integrated voltage regulator diodes, LM113 is one of them. LM113’s reference voltage is based on the transistor junction transistor voltage reasoning derived. The simplest is that the reference voltage is the forbidden band width of the semiconductor material. As the silicon band gap is 1.2V, so the output voltage is actually determined by the production process.
