一、概况临清市位于山东省西北部,漳卫河与古运河交汇处,与河北省临西县隔河相望,东与高唐、茌平毗邻,南与聊城市和冠县接壤(图一)。境内为鲁西北平原,属黄河下游冲积平原,地势平坦略有起伏,沿黄河故道方向,自西南向东北倾斜,海拔29~38米。由于河道多次变迁,形成了岗、坡、洼地相间的微地貌。地貌类型有河滩
