浮动床是目前广泛用于工业锅炉水处理中的一种先进软化装置.但生产性试验及其应用表明:消除间歇运行对其工作效能的不利影响和寻找简便的体内清洗方法是使浮动床在生产中确实取得良好技术经济效益的两个必须解决的问题.笔者从理论上分析了间歇运行对树脂组成一工作前沿线的影响,从而提出能解决上述问题的两室床的设想.并参考国外有关图示加以改进后,利用交换柱进行了实验室试验,结果取得了预期效果.另外,也为体内清洗提出有实用价值的技术数据.
The floating bed is a kind of advanced softening device which is widely used in the industrial boiler water treatment. However, the production test and its application show that eliminating the adverse effect of the intermittent operation on its working efficiency and finding a simple internal cleaning method is to make the floating bed The two problems that must be solved in production to achieve good technical and economic benefits. The author theoretically analyzed the impact of intermittent operation on the resin composition of a working frontier line, and thus proposed the idea of a two-chamber bed that can solve the above problems. After the illustration has been improved, laboratory tests have been performed using the exchange column, and the results have achieved the desired results. In addition, useful technical data have also been proposed for in vivo cleaning.
