近年来,随着社会环境的日新月异,烟草行业不断深化改革和发展,卷烟上水平成为了行业的中心工作。而作为企业综合部门和指挥机构的办公室却仍沿用一些陈旧的观念、老套的办法,已无法适应当前发展形势。因此,本文尝试对县级烟草分公司机关办公室工作存在的问题分析,对存在问题的原因进行探讨,并结合工作实际提出相关建议。
In recent years, with the ever-changing social environment, the tobacco industry has been deepening reform and development, and the level of cigarettes has become the center of the industry. However, the office as an integrated enterprise department and command organization still uses some old ideas and old-fashioned methods and can no longer adapt to the current development situation. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the problems existing in the work of government offices of county-level tobacco branches, discuss the reasons for the problems, and put forward relevant suggestions according to the actual work.
