研究了喷丸处理对蒸汽发生器SA213T22传热管表面状态及高温氧化膜的影响,采用粗糙度仪、SEM、XRD分析了喷丸处理后的传热管表面粗糙度、氧化膜形貌及成分组成。结果表明,当用粒径200目的磨料实施喷丸处理时,SA213T22传热管表面形成的氧化膜致密、均匀;磨料粒径对氧化膜的组成与结构无实质影响。
The effect of shot peening on the surface state and high temperature oxide film of SA213T22 heat transfer tube was studied. The surface roughness, morphology and composition of the heat transfer tube after shot peening were analyzed by roughness tester, SEM and XRD. composition. The results show that the oxide film formed on the surface of SA213T22 heat transfer tube is compact and uniform when shot peening with 200 mesh abrasive is carried out. The grain size of the abrasive does not have a substantial effect on the composition and structure of the oxide film.
