儒学复兴已成定势。儒学要在中华民族伟大复兴中发挥重大作用,须看清中华民族现状,以明确可能弘扬的旧学说与亟待开启的新境界。当代汉语与中国人的思维方式,在西方文化影响下已有很大变化;经过人民革命,中国社会结构、相应伦理、各项制度已发生根本变化;中华民族的国际交往须遵守共同规则,中国人的社会存在中尚有不合乎这类规则的要求,因此需要儒学创新,从传统中开掘出合乎民族复兴要求的新说。儒学要寻求凝聚中华民族的方案,提供适合中国国情的政治哲学,建设适合中国人国民性的道德哲学,特别需要从儒学自身资源中开启中国思想从来没有过的法权哲学。
Confucianism revival has become a trend. Confucianism should play a major role in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is necessary to see the status quo of the Chinese nation in order to clarify the old doctrine that may be carried forward and the new realm to be opened. Contemporary Chinese and Chinese way of thinking have undergone great changes under the influence of Western culture. After the people’s revolution, the Chinese social structure and corresponding ethics, the various systems have undergone fundamental changes. The Chinese people’s international exchanges must abide by common rules and China The existence of human society does not meet the requirements of such rules and therefore requires the innovation of Confucianism, digging from the tradition of a new claim in line with the requirements of national rejuvenation. Confucianism should seek solutions to unite the Chinese nation, provide a political philosophy appropriate to China’s national conditions, and build a moral philosophy appropriate to the national character of the Chinese people. Confucianism, in particular, needs to have the philosophy of legal philosophy never seen before in opening up the Chinese thought in Confucianism itself.
