日本川崎公司发明了一种经济的烧结原料表面点火控制方法,以便在保证烧结矿质量的前提下,用更少的燃料进行烧结原料表面点火。首先沿带式烧结台车前进方向,用温度检测器测量烧结原料的表面温度,并把检测结果输入保温指数运算器,求出温度分布规律。然后,将烧结台车的速度值输入保温指数运算器,根据时间与温度之间的关系,求出实际保温指数。
Kawasaki, Japan, invented an economical method for controlling the ignition of a surface of a sintered raw material so as to ignite the surface of a sintered raw material with less fuel while ensuring the quality of sinter. First of all, along the advancing direction of the belt sintering trolley, the surface temperature of the sintering raw material is measured by a temperature detector, and the test result is input into the insulation index calculator to obtain the temperature distribution rule. Then, the speed of the sintering trolley input insulation index operator, according to the relationship between time and temperature, find the actual insulation index.
