Objective To investigate the relationship between platelet activation parameters (PAC-1, CD62p, PaO2 and PaCO2) in patients with chronic cor pulmonale during acute exacerbation. Methods The levels of platelet PAC-1 and CD62p in peripheral blood of 50 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale and 50 patients with remission were measured by three-color whole blood flow cytometry and compared with 40 healthy controls, and the PaO2 And PaCO2. Results The expressions of PAC-1 and CD62p in acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in remission stage group and normal control group (all P <0.001), and were negatively correlated with arterial partial pressure of oxygen and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide Was positively correlated. Conclusion Platelet activation is significantly activated in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute exacerbation. The degree of activation is closely related to hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention.
