分别采用纳秒激光器和毫秒激光器对0.2 mm不锈钢进行搭接焊接工艺研究.在纳秒激光焊接工艺优化试验中,对激光功率,脉冲宽度,焊接速度三因素进行正交试验,在毫秒脉冲激光焊接工艺实验中,对激光峰值功率,脉冲宽度进行优化试验.结果表明:在下层材料背面无痕迹的前提下,在各自的最佳工艺参数条件下,纳秒焊接的单点最大拉力可达36.8N,毫秒焊接最大拉力为23.3 N.对焊点切片分析表明,纳秒焊接的焊点截面成“束状”,相对于毫秒激光焊点截面的“U”形,上下两层材料之间的熔合面积较大.“,”The nanosecond laser and millisecond laser were used to research the welding process of 0.2 mm stainless steel.In the optimization of nanosecond laser welding process,orthogonal test was started by laser power,pulse duration and welding speed,the optimization test of laser peak power and pulse duration was tested in the millisecond pulse laser welding process optimization test.The result showed that at the condition of no puncture on the back materials and under the optimum process parameters,the maximum spot tension of nanosecond laser was 36.8 N,and the millisecond laser was 23.3 N at the optimum parameter.The analytic result of cross section showed that the cross section of the nanosecond welding jointed in a bundle,which was relative to the “U” shape of the cross section of millisecond laser solder joints,and the fusion area between the upper and lower two layers was larger.
