本文对几种脆性转变温度作了比较。低温冲击试验结果表明,用却贝冲击能转变温度来进行锅炉大梁脆断评定是不合适的。文中提供了笔者等人所测得的在不同温度下C-Mn钢各种板厚的COD数据,并阐明了用COD转变温度来评定锅炉大梁脆断的合理性。本文还进行了在不同温度下小模拟梁的破坏试验,还将COD值换算成K_(IC)值,并用断裂力学方法进一步计算大梁的低温脆断应力。文中提出了脆断应力计算公式(4),用该公式计算的脆断应力与实验的结果相接近。此计算方法可供锅炉大梁的设计作参考。
Several brittle transition temperatures were compared in this paper. Low-temperature impact test results show that the use of Charpy impact temperature to transform the boiler girder brittle fracture assessment is not appropriate. The paper provides the COD data of C-Mn steels at various temperatures measured by the author and others, and expounds the rationality of assessing the brittleness of boiler girders by using COD transition temperature. In this paper, the damage experiments of small simulated beams under different temperatures were also carried out. The COD value was also converted into K_ (IC) value, and the low temperature brittle fracture stress of the girder was further calculated by fracture mechanics method. The calculation formula of brittle fracture stress (4) is proposed in this paper. The brittle fracture stress calculated by this formula is close to the experimental result. This calculation method can be used as a reference for boiler girder design.
