1.问题的提出我厂生产单相和三相电度表的转轴是铝棒材,表面粗糙度要求Ra0.8。原材料进厂径向尺寸不符合,需经无心磨将直径磨至φ4.5_(-0.012)~0,这样就存在一个表面粗糙度的问题。我们知道一般淬火钢用无心磨加工,而用无心磨加工非淬火钢、铸铁和铜较困难,磨铝就更困难了。这是因为铝材质软,往往磨屑会把磨轮堵塞,形成以料磨料,结果表面粗糙度极差,还需经常修整磨轮。这样,大批量的磨削加工,不仅效益低,其产品质量也差。如何解决用无心磨磨铝,就成了一个新课题。经过实践,现介绍一种用无心磨磨削有色金属的方法。
