为了选择合理的条带充填体材料强度,针对房式采空区充填条带受力特点建立数值计算模型,明确了充填体承载能力的影响因素。对有较大影响的因素安排正交试验,借助正交试验得到的数据建立了充填体强度选择神经网络预测模型,具有较好的预测效果,同时确定了适合工程实践煤矿的合理充填材料强度。
In order to choose a reasonable material strength of strip filler, a numerical calculation model is established according to the force characteristics of strip filling in the room mined-out area, and the influencing factors of the bearing capacity of filling body are clarified. Orthogonal experiment was carried out on the factors that had great influence. By using the data obtained from orthogonal experiment, the neural network prediction model of filling body strength selection was established, which had a good prediction effect and at the same time, the reasonable strength of filling material for engineering practice coal mines was determined.
