目的探讨抑制褪黑素(melatonin,MT)分泌对交感神经兴奋性水平的影响,及MT与中医学“阴”之间有否类同之处。方法将离乳后的大鼠连续24 h光照30 d以抑制MT分泌,测定血液中MT、肾上腺素(epinephrine,E)和去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)的变化,同时观察滋阴泻火方药的干预作用。结果与正常组相比,光照组大鼠夜间MT含量下降,同时体重下降,NE、E含量明显升高;给予滋阴泻火方药可使光照大鼠升高夜间MT含量及体重,降低NE、E含量。结论MT分泌不足可促使青春期前大鼠交感神经兴奋性水平上升,而滋阴泻火方药可有效逆转这种变化,推测MT与“阴”有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of inhibition of melatonin (MT) secretion on sympathetic nerve excitability, and whether there is a similarity between MT and Chinese medicine “yin”. Methods The rats were exposed to light for 24 h to inhibit MT secretion. The changes of MT, epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine (NE) in blood were measured. Prescription medicine intervention. Results Compared with the normal group, the rats in the photoperiod group had decreased MT content at night, decreased body weight, and increased NE and E contents. The administration of yin and diarrhea-fired prescriptions increased the nighttime MT content and body weight, and decreased NE, E content. Conclusions The deficiency of MT secretion can promote the level of sympathetic nerve excitability in prepubertal rats, but Ziyinxuehuoxue prescription can effectively reverse this change. It is speculated that MT has a certain relationship with “yin”.
