为有效反映盐岩油气储库介质的蠕变变形特征与变化规律,以金坛盐岩储气库为背景工程,根据地质力学模型试验相似原理和原岩物理力学参数,通过大量的材料配比和相应材料试件的力学参数试验,研制出了基本满足相似条件且具有显著流变特性的盐岩相似材料。该相似材料采用精铁粉、石英砂和重晶石粉为骨料,以松香酒精溶液为胶结剂按照规定的配比拌合压实而成。材料力学试验表明:研制的盐岩相似材料具有明显的弹性变形、延塑性变形、应变硬化、应变软化和剪涨破坏特征。材料在低应力时以减速蠕变和等速蠕变为主,高应力时以减速蠕变、等速蠕变和加速蠕变为主,盐岩相似材料与盐岩原岩的蠕变特性基本一致。将该材料应用到金坛盐岩地下储气库注采气三维地质力学模型试验中,有效获得注采交变气压变化过程中洞周径向位移和径向应变的变化规律,较好反映了盐岩储库介质的流变力学特性。
