根据人参茎叶总皂甙的理化性质,采用大孔树脂进行分离纯化研究.用单因素考察方法,对大孔树脂类型、无机盐对吸附能力的影响、水洗用量、醇洗浓度、用量进行考察,以人参茎叶总皂甙提取率为评价指标,筛选出大孔树脂分离纯化人参茎叶总皂甙的最佳工艺为:选用D-101型大孔树脂,在人参茎叶提取液中加入4%的Na2SO4,吸附速度为100 mL/h,除杂洗脱用水量为120 mL,洗脱剂乙醇浓度为70%,乙醇用量为100 mL.
According to the physical and chemical properties of ginsenosides, macroporous resin was used for separation and purification.Using single factor method, the effects of macroporous resin types, inorganic salts on adsorption capacity, washing amount, alcohol concentration and dosage were investigated, The best extraction technology of the total saponin of ginseng stem and leaf by macroporous resin was selected by using the extraction rate of total saponin of ginseng stem and leaf as the evaluation index: D-101 type macroporous resin was used, and the extract of ginseng stem and leaf was added with 4% Na2SO4, the adsorption rate was 100 mL / h, the amount of water for impurity removal was 120 mL, the concentration of ethanol was 70% and the amount of ethanol was 100 mL.
