胆固醇是细胞膜的重要组成成份。白血病细胞膜上低密度脂蛋白(LDL)受体活性明显增高,而LDL 与血浆胆固醇的转运关系密切,加以白血病(AL)细胞需摄取更多的胆固醇以合成胞膜,因此急性白血病患者常有低胆固醇血症。本文分析71例患者血浆总胆固醇浓度的变化,与外周血肿瘤细胞负荷和治疗的关系。资料和方法病例来源:患者71例,均为住院病人,年龄14~68岁,男42例,女29例。形态学和/或免疫分型确诊,其中急淋(ALL)17例,急非淋(ANLL)52例,双表型2例,共统计97次,其中初发48次,未缓解(NR)13次,部份缓解
