为推广太阳能空气供暖系统,本文研制开发了3种太阳能空气集热屋面构件,搭建了太阳能空气集热构件热性能测试实验台,对试件进行了不同流量不同进口温度的热性能测试,得到了3种试件在四种流量下的效率方程。分析测试结果发现:3种空气集热构件的最优运行流量均为36~54 m~3/(h·m~2),条缝型孔板渗透型构件性能最优。研究成果为太阳能空气供暖系统设计提供了相关性能参数参考,为下一步太阳能空气供暖系统设计方法的确立提供了帮助。
In order to promote the solar air heating system, this paper developed three kinds of solar air-collecting roofing components and built a thermal performance test bench for solar air-collecting components. The thermal performance of the samples at different inlet temperatures was tested. Efficiency Equation of Three Specimens at Four Flow Rates. The results of analysis and test showed that the optimal operation flow of the three kinds of air-collecting components was 36 ~ 54 m ~ 3 / (h · m ~ 2), and the performance of slot-type perforated plate was the best. The research results provide references for the design of solar air heating system, and help to establish the design method of solar air heating system in the next step.
