一前言电渣重熔是生产高级优质合金钢的一种经济、简便的工艺。该工艺普遍采用以CaF_2为基的渣系重熔,含CaF_2为基的渣系重熔存在着(1)能耗高、(2)对环境污染严重、(3)高纯度CaF_2供应日趋困难等方面的问题。早在七十年代国内外不少电渣重熔工作者就致力于低能耗、无污染的新渣系试验研究,目前,新渣系研究工作正朝着“以氧化物系CaO-Al_2O_3渣系代替氟化物的CaF_2渣系”方向发展。CaO-Al_2O_3渣系重熔能减轻污染、降低重熔电耗(充填比>0.6,比电耗~1000度/T),但存在着熔点高、炼渣时不易起弧引燃、重熔中金属电极的[Si]烧损严重、渣料组成一半是价格颇为昂贵的Al_2O_3粉等工艺、质量以及费用方面的问题。自80年3月开始,我们通过多方案试验
