目的调查分析食源性疾病的原因,控制食物中毒事件的发生。方法对33例中毒者进行流行病学、卫生学调查,并对可疑食物进行病原学检测。结果在西红柿炒鸡蛋、香菇肉沫、豆皮肉丝、生肉馅4个样本检出蜡样芽胞杆菌,菌落计数大于105cfu/g,所有病例均食用了上述一种及以上食物,33例病例发病时间分布出现了两次高峰。结论按照WT/T82-1996诊断标准,这是一起因生猪肉储存不当致多种、多餐食物污染蜡样芽胞杆菌引起的食物中毒。
Objective To investigate the causes of foodborne diseases and control the occurrence of food poisoning incidents. Methods 33 cases of poisoning epidemiology, hygiene survey, and etiological testing of suspicious foods. Results Bacillus cereus was detected in 4 samples of scrambled eggs, shiitake mushrooms, shredded pork and raw meat, and the colony count was more than 105 cfu / g. All of the above cases were consumed with one or more kinds of food mentioned above, and the onset time of 33 cases Distribution appeared twice the peak. Conclusion According to the diagnostic criteria of WT / T82-1996, this is a food poisoning caused by contamination of Bacillus cereus with various kinds of food due to improper storage of raw pork.
