枇杷冻害及其抗冻栽培研究进展

枇杷是一种秋冬季开花、果实成熟于初夏的亚热带果树,抗冻性较差。当遇到冬春季寒流时,极易出现花及幼果受冻,冻害严重时会极大的影响枇杷的产量和经济效益。现通过分析枇杷产生冻害的原因,结合枇杷花果冻害调查,对枇杷抗冻栽培研究现状进行了系统阐述,并分析综述了与枇杷抗寒性有关的生理指标。旨在通过综合分析与总结,为枇杷抗冻栽培技术体系的建立提供理论指导,从而采取适当的措施减轻枇杷冻害,提高经济效益。 Loquat is a flowering in autumn and winter, fruit ripening in early summer subtropical fruit, frost resistance is poor. When encountered in winter and spring cold, it is easy to appear flowers and young fruit frozen, severe damage will greatly affect the production of loquat and economic benefits. By analyzing the causes of freezing injury of loquat and the investigation of the damage of loquat flower, the current research on the anti-freeze cultivation of loquat was systematically described and the physiological indexes related to the cold resistance of loquat were summarized. The purpose is to provide theoretical guidance for the establishment of the technology system of loquat antifreeze cultivation through comprehensive analysis and conclusion, so as to take appropriate measures to reduce the damage of loquat and increase economic benefits.
