通过对运动员在高原训练前、训练后以及回平地半个月后心脏X线形态,其中包括心脏面积、心脏各房室径线及肺动脉段突出度的测量,研究高原训练对心脏X线径线的影响,结果表明:①高原训练后,上述径线都较训练前增大,回平地半个月后均有回缩,提示高原低氧环境对心脏血管影响最为突出的是肺动脉高压和右心负荷过重,其X线表现为肺动脉段突出及右心增大。②从训练前后心脏X线径线的变化,可以间接推测出高原训练后肺动脉压是否增高,右心是否增大。
