目的探讨感觉统合功能失调对多动症儿童认知功能的影响。方法符合DSM-IV有关ADHD的诊断标准的多动症孩子,按是否感觉统合功能失调分成两组,均接受WISC-CR、CPT、QNST进行评测,并对两组结果进行比较。结果感觉统合功能失调组的VIQ、PIQ、FIQ、领悟、数字广度、图形拼凑、编码明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。感觉统合功能失调组的QNST评测阳性率明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论感觉统合功能失调对多动症孩子的认知功能有影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of sensory integration dysfunction on cognitive function in children with ADHD. Methods ADHD-eligible ADHD children with ADHD were divided into two groups according to whether they had sensory integration dysfunction and were evaluated by WISC-CR, CPT and QNST. The results of two groups were compared. Results The sensory integration dysfunction group VIQ, PIQ, FIQ, comprehend, digital breadth, patchwork, encoding was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The positive rate of QNST in sensory integration dysfunction group was significantly higher than that in control group, with statistical significance. Conclusions Sensory integration dysfunction has an impact on the cognitive function of ADHD children.
