长期以来,内河航运企业存在着人才不正常外流和招工难的状况,影响了内河航运事业的发展。把企业推向市场后这一矛盾将更加突出。文章针对这一事实.分析了人才外流的原因,并提出了解决这一问题的方法。
For a long time, the inland shipping enterprises have abnormal outflow of talents and difficulty in recruitment, which has affected the development of the inland shipping industry. This conflict will be more prominent after enterprises are brought to the market. The article addresses this fact. Analyzes the reason of brain drain and puts forward the solution to this problem.
