纪检监察的工作不仅含有服务保障,还有监督企业内部人员的管理工作,纪检监察工作就是对党的路线方针落实在企业内部时的情况进行监督和监察,对企业未来发展的方向进行确保,还应该对企业制定的战略在实际中的实施情况以及企业的内部领导班子做出的决策进行监督监察,进而实现企业政令的畅通,对企业在思想政治方面的工作进行加强,本文以企业在纪检监察方面的工作为基础,对纪检监察方面的工作和企业在思想政治方面的关系、开展纪检监察对于促进企业思想政治工作方面的好处,并对企业思想政治工作之中的纪检监察部门发挥的作用进行分析,最后和企业的工作实际进行结合,给思想政治工作的深入开展提供了几点参考。
