在对国内高校图书馆开展公共文化服务现状调查的基础上,文章分析了影响高校图书馆开展公共文化服务的因素,认为定位障碍、服务理念障碍、法制障碍、体制与运行机制障碍、信息资源共享障碍等制约着高校图书馆公共文化服务的进程。通过对公共文化服务体系下高校图书馆的发展定位进行重新审视,最后从服务理念建设、法律制度建设、体制创新、服务内涵建设等方面提出高校图书馆开展公共文化服务的对策。
Based on the investigation of the status quo of public cultural services carried out by domestic university libraries, the article analyzes the factors that affect the public cultural services of university libraries, and points out that the barriers of service orientation, barriers to service philosophy, legal obstacles, barriers to system and operation mechanism, information resources sharing Barriers and other constraints of the process of public cultural services in university libraries. Through the reexamination of the development and orientation of the university library under the public cultural service system, the paper puts forward the countermeasures that the university library should carry out the public cultural service from the aspects of service concept construction, legal system construction, system innovation and service connotation construction.
